    You can soak your foot for twice a week for at least 30 to 60 minutes.

    1 bucket water

    1 tub of warm water

    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    1 tablespoon brown sugar

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    2 drops of peppermint essential oil

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    1. Combine brown sugar, olive oil, peppermint essential oil, and baking soda in a bowl.

    1 cup bath salt

    1 cup granulated sugar

    2 tablespoons raw honey

    2 tablespoons coffee grounds

    3. Wait for 20 to 25 minutes and wash your feet with water.  

    2. HYDRATED COCONUT MILK FOOT MASK

    INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

    1/2 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)

    1/2 cup coconut milk

    Gram flour

    1. Grind pineapple in a blender machine.

    2. Pour out the puree in a bowl and add coconut milk.

    3. Mix gram flour powder as well.

    4. Apply the mask on your foot and wait for 20 minutes to let the mask sink in.

    INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

    1/4 cup olive oil

    1 tablespoon honey

    ½ cup yogurt

    2. Apply the mask to your feet and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.

    2 strawberries, mashed

    1 tablespoon baking soda
